Shipping & Packing Costs

All shipping is done through Royal Mail on tracked services, at either an economy service or next day service. All shipping costs will be specified at checkout, giving you a choice of options depending on the weight of the parcel and the speed of service required. Where free shipping is available for your order, it will appear as a shipping choice at checkout. There are no other costs or charges other than what you see on the checkout screen. All orders are sent out between Monday and Friday 9am - 5pm.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of goods sold, we do not offer returns or refunds on any bottled drinks. The exception to this is when an order arrives damaged, defective or wrongly picked.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect goods

For any damage, defect or mis-picked goods, please notify us at events@justluxurycocktails.co.uk within 1 day of observing the problem, including a photo of the products affected. The replacement goods will be re-sent to you at our own expense.

Cancellation Period

For customers in the UK, the cancellation period is 7 days from time of delivery.

Age Verification

By entering our website you have confirmed that you are at least the legal age to purchase alcohol in your country of residence, in accordance with our teams and conditions. An adult signature may be required when you receive your order.

Method of Refund

For all refunds, partial or full, the refund will be made to the same payment method as was made to place the order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact us at events@justluxurycocktails.co.uk explaining your request and reasons, and we will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours with a response.

Delivery Charge on Returned Goods

All refunds and returns will be at the customers expense and this will not be reimbursed. The exception is where the item is damaged, defective or miss picked and we request you to send us the item back. In this instance, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

Products Returned Outside of the Cancellation Period

Products returned outside of the cancellation period will not be eligible for a refund, unless agreed prior with customer services. Please contact us on 01608 670482 or events@justluxurycocktails.co.uk if you have a return request that falls outside of the cancellation period.
